Henry C. and Beulah Short

This was my Pappy (Henry) and Grandma (Beulah) Short

Henry was not given a middle initial by his parents.  When he went to apply for a social security card they said he needed a middle initial.  So, since all his cowboy friends called him Cricket, in reference to his cricket-like agile horseback riding ability, he said his middle initial was C for Cricket.

Grandma Beulah Short was called Booby - this was because when Wayne was little he couldn't say Beulah.  He said Booby - this became what everyone called her.
